Surf Session Start Time 2PM Sharp or Otherwise Pre-Arranged By Your Booking Agent.
We kick off promptly at 2 PM. Please meet us at the Starbucks Café at least 15 minutes early—no one likes missing waves or wasting time waiting! Let’s keep the stoke high and the delays low. A maximum grace period of 15 minutes applies; late arrivals beyond this cannot be accommodated, and 100% of the tour fee will be forfeited.

Weather Notice: Adventure Never Stops - A little rain can’t hold us back! Since these are water-based activities and you’ll be geared up in wetsuits, the fun continues no matter what the skies are doing. That said, the ocean is always the boss. If swells or winds make conditions unsafe, your qualified guide may delay, postpone, or cancel the snorkelling activity. Safety comes first — always.
